We all suffer from stress and anxiety, at some times more than others. I teach mindfulness practices which offer ways of finding relief and taking creative control of life.
I am a London-based mindfulness teacher accredited by Breathworks, a globally recognised leader in teaching mindfulness and compassion to individuals and organisations worldwide. I also have twenty years' experience of teaching meditation.

I offer Breathworks courses, eight weeks or four, as well as tailor-made courses and one-to-one sessions.
Though I am mainly interested in working in-person, you can ask me about online sessions!
Though I'm a Buddhist, with a Buddhist name, I teach secular mindfulness. However, my thirty years of practising and twenty years of teaching meditation give me a substantial background to draw on when coaching in mindfulness with a secular focus.
I trained with and am accredited by the Breathworks organisation. Founded in 2001, Breathworks is a founding member of the UK Network of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations/BAMBA. Their ‘gold standard’ 8-week mindfulness courses are Mindfulness for Health (Mindfulness-based Pain Management [MBPM]) & Mindfulness for Stress. These come in a range of formats from self-guided book-based courses right through to 1-2-1 mentoring. Their stated mission is to bring mindfulness and compassion as a tool for reducing suffering to people worldwide, regardless of their situation - an aim I wholeheartedly agree with.
